Freddie Mac is set to release their first ‘hard stop’ proprietary messages and four new feedback messages at the end of this month (June 30th).  Mercury Network customers are ready.  

Fannie Mae is adding three proprietary appraisal messages in the UCDP, effective the weekend of April 11, 2015.  But rest assured, Mercury Network clients are ready.

Fannie Mae has announced a new initiative, Collateral Underwriter, a proprietary automated appraisal risk assessment to help lenders identify eligibility issues.  Rest assured, Mercury Network clients are already prepared to accept the new messages.
