This release improves some of your favorite features in Mercury Network. (We call them your favorite because you use them a lot!) You can see all the details in the release notes, plus we’ve shown some highlights below.
Appraiser licenses verified with the ASC
Mercury Network helps lenders and appraisers avoid delays by verifying appraiser license information against the Appraisal Subcommittee (ASC) database. This way, the lender and appraiser can see if a license isn’t valid, as well as correct errors. Plus, appraisals can be assigned based on license validity. There were cases when special characters that were received from the ASC database caused problems with the way an appraiser's information was verified. This has been rectified.
Automatically attached order documents
Based on your settings in Product Requirements, Mercury Network helps you save time by automatically attaching your selected documents to a new order. There were times when this wasn't happening as intended, but this has been resolved.
Secure, automatic appraisal delivery via SureReceipts
SureReceipts lets you securely deliver the completed appraisal to the borrower, and you can automate this based on the order’s status. It does so by providing a verified download link that gives them access to the appraisal while never sending the report via unsecured email. There were instances when the page used to securely view the appraisal became unresponsive, and this has been fixed.
