More information in the Fee Panel Plus New Options for Appraisers

This update introduces a new column in the Fee Panel that shows which vendors are ready to accept automatic direct deposit when that feature becomes available soon. There are also resolutions to workflow issues in this release, and you can see complete details in the release notes as well as highlights below.

New Fee Panel column shows which vendors accept direct deposit

As we approach the release of upcoming payment-automation features, we're building tools that will help make sure your vendors are ready to receive payments via direct deposit. Now, in the Fee Panel, there's a column that shows whether that the Vendor accepts direct deposit. Over 5,000 appraisers are ready to receive payments this way, but it's possible some of your appraisers haven't enrolled. Sorting by this column and using the Contact vendor feature provides an easy way to make sure your fee panel appraisers are ready when the new payment automation launch—soon.

Appraisers can opt out of residential bidding

We've heard from lenders and appraisers about cases when appraisers don't want to receive bid requests for residential orders. With that in mind, there's now an easy way for appraisers to opt out of receiving residential bid requests within their profile. If they do, they'll automatically be ineligible when a residential appraisal order is placed as a bid.

To opt out, vendors can visit the Details tab in their profile, where Accept Residential bidding opportunities will be checked by default. By removing that check and clicking Save, appraisers will no longer be included on residential bid requests.
