We've just added several highly-requested features for appraisers.
First, you can now manage your billing information from the Vendors' portal. You won't need to log in to any other sites, so this should streamline your account.
Second, we added several products that lenders and AMCs have requested. Make sure you updated your profile if you offer any of these products so that you're eligible to receive the orders. For instructions on updating your profile, click here. The new products include:
- General Purpose Appraisal Report (released 1/19/15)
- Desktop Restricted Use Appraisal (released 1/19/15)
- Condo Investment w/Operating Income Statement (1007 and 216)
- Condo FHA Investment w/Operating Income Statement (1007 and 216)
- FHA Comparable Rent Schedule w/Operating Income Statement (1007 and 216)
