We've just added several new tools to your VMP XSite based on your feedback. Click here for the full release notes. These features give you more power than ever to tailor your services to suit your clients' or branches' specific preferences.
For example, do you have clients that want the appraisal delivered to the borrower, but some clients that don't? Do you have some clients or branches that need reports automatically submitted to UCDP, while others don't? This release gives you the power to tailor service for their preferences, so you're automatically providing custom service for your clients or branches.
First, a little background on VMP XSites. VMP XSites are our public-facing appraisal ordering websites and they're used by large AMCs and lenders serving multiple clients or branches who need to place appraisal orders and stay in the loop on order status. If you don't have one, but need one so people can place orders with you, give us a call at 1-800-434-7260. They're free, and we can get you set up quickly.
You'll find the new preferences screen in your Client Groups menu. First, log in to your Mercury Network account. Once logged in, click on Clients, then Client Groups. Finally, select Manage Client Groups and select the Client Group you want to set up first. Click Edit Group.
Here, you'll see we've added an Automated tab with several new options.
For each client group, you can tailor your service like never before. Here are the options:
SureReceipts, compliant delivery of appraisal to borrowers
- Automate the secure delivery of the appraisal to the borrower once complete, via SureReceipts.
- Include a standard message to all borrowers of specific branches or clients.
- Automatically send to the co-borrower, too.
Client Group Requirements
- Include instructions to be included with every order from that client
- Add a document that will automatically be included with every order from that client
UCDP
- Configure automatic submission to the GSE portal on behalf of your client
- Choose to automatically update order status after submission
Invoicing Options
- Automatically create an invoice
- Determine when the invoice is attached, either when card is charged or when order is complete
Appraisal Quality Management
- Automatically start AQM for specific Client Groups
- Choose to automatically start AQM when an order hits a specific stage, like when it's in QC - Level One, QC - Level Two, Completed, and more.
- Add e-mail addresses to AQM client groups so when an AQI is returned for that group's order, it can be e-mailed directly to those recipients without them being named on the order.
