This update introduces a new way to track appraisals delivered under the GSEs’ recent changes to appraisal guidelines, plus improvements to notifications, resolutions for issues when uploading documents, and better behavior within the Fee Panel.

This round of updates adds an option to prevent vendors from reassigning orders to someone else in their company. We’ve also added an audit trail message to provide more information about auto-assigned bid orders. We also fixed a few “quirks” to promote a smoother workflow in Mercury Network.

For several months, we’ve been talking about upcoming security enhancements for VMP XSite clients, and now those security improvements are here. We’d like to tell you a little about the new features and how this impacts your workflow as you create new XSite client users and manage login credentials for existing users.

This update also includes several other improvements, including new notifications which can be enabled for client group members, and an adjustment to bidding so that your minimum number of vendors will be selected to receive bid requests, regardless of priority rankings.

This release gives VMP XSite users more control over their client’s order within Mercury Network and adds more available columns in the Orders view. We also fixed a few issues you helped us identify, and prepared for upcoming security enhancements for the VMP XSite client portal.

The latest Mercury Network update gives VMP XSite users an easy way to sync more order information to the client’s order without opening the XSite. There are also newly available products and a loan type.
