Mercury Network and QVP “Reticulum” Release Notes

Greetings,

Our “Reticulum” build was released on Mercury Network and QVP on the evening of Tuesday, September 26th, 2023. Below is a brief description to familiarize yourself with what we have been working on the past few weeks. Thanks for all you do, and have a wonderful day.

•  Set up a new router configuration with Mortgage Cadence MCP.

• Added a new product for the GSE Waiver programs called “Property Data Re-Inspection.”

• Corrected an item whereby an appraiser was unable to bid on multiple orders.

• Corrected the Statement of Engagement Letter to pull the appropriate lender information.

• Corrected a UI message pop-up in Mercury Vendor around Quicklist deletions.

• Several routers (connections between Mercury and LOS providers) were updated for various reasons.

• Updated the QVP alternative valuations in Mercury to allow for decimal points in the ‘distance’ column.

• Added a “Cancelled Date” to the payments tab in Mercury Secure.

• Removed email spoofing related to ‘Make A Payment” and the reminder emails. It will now use DoNotReply@corelogic.com.

• The microdeposit pop-up will now only appear when verification is needed for customer account updates.
