Mercury Network & QVP Release Notes

Our build was released for Mercury Network and QVP on the evening of Tuesday, April 9, 2024. Below is a brief description to familiarize yourself with what we have been working on the past few weeks. Thanks for all you do and have a wonderful day.

• Added a new order status called ‘Reassignment Requested’ and new Active Order Folder called ‘Reassignment Requested by Vendor’ in order to manage this specific event.

• Behind the scenes, we are focused on the Appraisal Modernization campaign that the GSEs plan to implement in 2025 and beyond.

• Bug fixes include:

  • Updates to error messages and pop-up displays

  • New administration logging added to the Network Base pages

  • Added new logs to manage the Auto-Accept to AMC process results

  • Created a Support Endpoint for the PayoutPaid API Endpoint

QVP Public Item

• QVP rule CND103 has been updated to prevent mis-firings.

• Updated RealView links to UAD Appendix D and UCDP User Guides to the new site provided by Fannie Mae
