Customer FAQ
What Are We Announcing Today?
CoreLogic has successfully purchased the remaining 55 percent ownership of Mercury Network, following regulatory clearance. CoreLogic now owns 100% of Mercury Network. Click here to read the official announcement.
As a reminder, CoreLogic previously made a 45% minority investment in Mercury in June, with a plan to purchase the remainder. We will operate as a business within CoreLogic. This acquisition of Mercury is a significant step in advancing CoreLogic’s valuation solutions capabilities. It complements the existing FNC platform, and together, Mercury, Appraisal Scope, and FNC allow CoreLogic to provide unmatched solutions to real valuation professionals.
What does this mean for me?
Mercury will continue to operate as an independent business within CoreLogic, operating out of its current Oklahoma City headquarters. This acquisition will broaden the reach of CoreLogic’s valuation technology products and services, and CoreLogic intends to continue to offer Mercury Network’s principal technology platform and related services.
I use Mercury Network, Platinum Data or Appraisal Scope products. Do I need to do anything?
No, you will continue using all your products and services as usual, and you will continue to be supported by the staff you work with today.
What will be happening in the future?
In the short term, nothing changes. We will continue to develop and support all of our products and services. As we add benefits for you, we’ll announce them just like all our other bi-weekly software updates, so you will have advance notice. Plus, we’re always here if you have any questions.
As a Mercury Network Integration Partner, how will this affect me?
One of Mercury’s highest priorities is to maintain an open system and to expand our integration partner relationships based on customer needs. We will continue to develop and maintain all our current integrations, and we’re looking forward to new relationships, too.
Will support options change?
Customers will continue to get support from the same methods you use today. As we expand services or if things change, we will notify you in advance.
Where can I get more info?
